Do I need to book a consultation before purchasing a package?
If you know exactly which package you'd like to go with, there's no need to book in for a consultation first. All of our packages start of with a consultation so we can get to know each other, learn about your brand and get caught up to speed with where your brand is in the design process.
What do I need to prepare in order to get started with a package?
Depending on the type of package you choose, we'll need various pieces of information in order to get started. Don't worry, you'll receive all of this information in your welcome pack which clearly lays out all of the information we need with an easy to fill out form. It's nothing scary don't worry, just some basic information on what your brand is all about, the vibe of the collection you're going for and what size range you plan to produce.
What is the lead time on your packages?
For our Gold Package, lead time very much depends on the factory you're using. Some factories are quicker and located closer than others but the average length of time to complete a full Gold Package including all of the fittings is six months. For our Silver Package, the average lead time is two months and for our Bronze Package, one month.
I've booked my package, what's next?
We'll reach out to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking and timeslot. This timeslot refers to the included initial consultation. You'll also receive a client agreement and a welcome pack that will guide you along the journey of your chosen package.
I want to book a package with you but there's no free space in the calendar for a number of weeks or months?
In order to provide the very best service to all of our clients, we limit the number of clients we work with at the same time. You won't be able to book in your package until we have space to start working on your package straight away. Feel free to go ahead and book for the nearest available spot, safe in the knowledge that we'll get started on your project that very day and you'll have our undivided attention. Of course, if you can't wait to tell us all about your exciting brand, we can organise to have the consultation in advance of starting work on your package.
In which factories can I use your tech packs?
Our high-quality tech packs transcend language barriers and follow industry-approved professional layouts and terminology meaning they can be used in factories worldwide.
Can you make fabric, supplier and manufacturing recommendations?
Our Gold Package includes recommendations and suggestions as part of our guidance section.
What happens if my sample comes back from the factory and it isn't quite right or isn't what I expected?
On average it's common to do 2-4 rounds of sampling before receiving the sample you'd like to move forward with. Our Gold Package takes this into consideration so if your first sample comes back and it isn't what you were expecting, don't panic, it's completely normal. Of course, more complicated pieces will often need sampling in the upper range while more basic pieces with a less complicated fit will fall into the lower end of the range. Fit is also quite a personal thing and every brand has their own expectations and standards of fit; Givenchy is rumoured to go through at least 9 rounds of sampling so you can see it sometimes depends on just how particular of a fit you need.
Will you work alongside another designer/specialist on my team?
We are more than happy to work in a design team you are already working with. We believe every creative has their own strengths and working with the strengths of multiple creatives is the best thing for your brand when managed correctly.
How many design edits are included in your packages?
There are no design edits included in our Bronze Package as in order to be a great fit for the Bronze Package, the design development would need to have been done already. There is one edit included in our Silver Package and up to two edits included in our Gold Package. We find for most clients two editing sessions* are more than enough since a lot of time and care is spent during design development, ensuring we have your vision and design needs very clear. More often than not, if a second edit is needed it is used for changing minor design details such as colours, prints or closures. Should you change your mind about a style or decide to go in a different direction, an extra editing session can be arranged for an additional fee.
*One editing session comprises of one hours work
I don't have a brand logo yet, is that something you can design for me?
We are not branding specialists however if you are looking for a simple text logo or small graphic for your brand, we can certainly arrange that.
What if I need more than 20 pieces or less than 20 pieces in my collection?
If 20 styles in your collection sounds too small or too big, we can create a custom package for you. Get in touch and tell us all about your amazing idea and we'll see what we can do for you.
How do I book a package online?
Once you know which package is best for you, you can book directly online to get started. Each package includes an initial 1-hour consultation and after following through with the booking forms on our website, you'll be prompted to choose a time that suits you from our calendar. This is a provisional time and we will confirm the timeslot with you as soon as possible. In order to place your booking in our calendar, you'll need to choose whether to pay in one or multiple instalments.
Do you have a payment plan option?
All of our packages can be paid for as a one-time payment or broken down into monthly instalments.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit, debit, bank transfer or paypal payments.
